At The Painting & Wallcovering Co. we promise to complete all projects according to each written proposal and carry out the work in a professional and courteous manner. Any issues that may arise will be dealt with and corrected.
We offer a 3-year warranty on exterior applications and a 5-year warranty on interior applications!
Painting and Wallcovering LLC will warranty against peeling, chipping, or blistering of newly applied coating which is a result of poor or improper workmanship.
The customer must perform the following for the above captioned warranty to be in effect:
- To activate your warranty, you must submit your project review, located in the testimonial section at thepandw.com.
- Contact Painting and Wallcovering LLC within the warranty period and as soon as the defect is known so as not to cause additional damage to the substrate
- The project must be paid in full
Painting and Wallcovering LLC will perform the following:
- Repair failed areas by preparing the surface the same as stated in the contract and touch-up paint the same as stated in the contract.
- Repair failed areas only where peeling, chipping or blistering is present.
- Repair failed areas at no labor or material cost to the customer. Paint color and sheen may not be an exact match in some areas of touch up due to aging and possible fading.
The following is not covered by this warranty:
The warranty does not extend to claims for damage or deterioration, as set forth herein above, to the surface coating or the building due to wood rot, structural defects, blistering of previous surface coatings (multiple coat adhesion failures) after new top coat is applied to an apparently sound surface, building settlement, movement, improper maintenance, misuse, alteration, abuse, natural disaster, vandalism, negligence or any other force outside the control of Painting and Wallcovering LLC. Exterior stained surfaces, deck surfaces, trellis topsides or other horizontal surfaces, natural wood sills, sun-exposed varnish/clear finishes, surfaces below screed, stucco walls damaged by lack of screed, back-filled retaining walls, and ferrous metal surfaces are not included.

The Painting and Wallcovering Company typically uses Sherwin Williams and/or Benjamin Moore products, yet we are willing to use whatever our clients are most comfortable with. Whichever brand is chosen, we always use the top products of that line.
Without exception, we will always paint two coats in order to give you a professional result.
The Painting and Wallcovering Company is fully committed to completing each step of your project from start to finish. This includes preparing rooms by relocating and covering all furniture and decor, protecting all flooring, removing switch plates and other necessary fixtures, and repairing walls and trim. After the project is complete, we will return the room the way we found it or cleaner.
We tend to book our schedules some time in advance. If a project must be completed by a certain date, please let us know and we will do all we can to accommodate our clients in that way.
